New House; New To Do List

Here is the much anticipated house tour/to do plans (yes, this is for you Kim :-)).  We moved into this 1950s house at the end September 2013.  It has been a well loved house, but is in need of a little updating.  Especially the floors, as in I can vacuum the carpet everyday of the week and still get 1-3 canisters full of dust and dirt in just one or two rooms, ewww.  Plus, the air filter was BLACK (yes, black, not a gray, and definitely not a spot of white on it).  Anyway, the point is we have a lot of work in our future.  On to the “good stuff.”

Welcome Back, Welcome Back, Welcome Back

It has been a while since I’ve posted. Since my last post my family has grown by one, we have relocated to the Dallas area, and I am workless (I would say jobless, but that’s a lie, I have a job of taking care of our new addition :-)). Thus, I have been inspired to reconnect with my long lost blog to record our life for us and to share with our friends and family. I’m working on a few posts for the next week or two, so hopefully I will be more exciting soon. 🙂
